Two ovens, no freezer.

Lockerbie Bakehouse is a two-oven bakery in a brick storefront on East Street. We mix on Monday, when we are closed, and bake every morning from four.

There is no freezer in the building. What is in the case was shaped yesterday and baked today, and when the morning buns are gone they are gone.

    Opened the bakehouse in 2018 after a decade at a Minneapolis bread shop. Still mixes the sourdough herself.
