Do you hold loaves?
Yes. Email or call by 2 pm the day before and we will set one aside with your name on it until noon.
Is anything gluten-free?
No. Everything in the building is made with wheat or rye flour, so we cannot promise a safe product.
Can I order a cake for this weekend?
If it is Tuesday or Wednesday, yes. Cakes need three days; pastry boxes two. The order form tells you the earliest date.
Do you do wholesale?
A few cafés in the neighbourhood, with a standing weekly order. Email us and we will talk.
